Somehow I managed to turn on the "voice guide" on my daughter's phone. Now everytime she navigates from one button to the next (from the messaging button to the home button i.e.) it speaks "HOME" or if she goes to the messaging button "This key is not supported by voice guide..." I cannot find any info under settings or anywhere else that shows what this is and how to turn it off. Help! It's driving us all crazy!
