Turn a Classic into a classic

Well, in spite of some interest from that old ad I put in the classifieds. Right now I think she stays.

AS for visors, I like 'em both. I went with just the H/L only in the new style.

How's this for a pair of "classics"?

Razor, what a great pic.
I love the retro paint style and a member here has a beautiful '59 FLH.
Check out Bluzmn59 pics of his bike, inspirational.

Thanks, my Dad also had a '59 way back when. In fact it was the only vehicle he and Mom had when they got married. Here's the only pic I have access to right now. It's the wall in his garage. '59 on the left. His current bike on the right, ZX12R. Not bad for a dude that graduated in '59

Cool, you share a common interest with your dad. I hope you get to ride with your old man. My dads passion was sailing which I didn't share but his passion for something I can understand as he does for me.
I'd ask him to sit up back but I know in my guts he'll lean left when I lean right and get the same walk home as any one else who does the same.

Oh yeah, we ride together. This was back in 2001, we bought a couple 1200 Ninja's and headed out west. Rode into Sturgis week on these. Pop was 60 at the time. The guy's at Deadwood took one look at Dad and said "What are you doing riding that?!" Pics

They say the family that plays together stays together. Gotta be some truth to that. That last pic I posted was us on the Blue Ridge Pkwy last month. That 6 cyl Voyager of his is 25 yrs old.

Same trip with my youngest daughter (18),... who also got her first bike a week later.

On his beloved NINJA last summer.

Sorry for cluttering up the classic thread.

I thinks the next thing I'm gonna do is a fender light like yours

Anyone know of a source for a chrome battery box-looking replacement for the right side cover? (ala 70s vintage FL). Ever since the RK came out I always wondered why the MoCo didn't revive that on this bike, while they built the Dynas with it from the get go.
