Ingredients
A scale of butter
2 scales of semolina
2 scales of sugar
3 scales of milk
100 grams of peeled almonds
Preparing the Food
Add semolina into the heated semolina and blend it continuously until
it?s color turned into pink at low heat. At the same time, boil sugar
and milk in another saucepan until the sugar melts. Blend the milk
with a spoon slowly and continuously and add it into the roasted
semolina. When the semolina reach it?s right consistency add peeled
almonds* in it.
* Put almonds into the boiled water, after a while put them out of the
water so you can peel them easily.
