Turbocharged Dodge/Chevy?

I messed up horribly on my other question so I'm redoing it x3 Anyway since gas keeps going up I have decided to get either a 1998 Dodge Neon or a Chevy Cavalier. But I want to put turbo in one of them only I have heard the Neon most likely wont be able to handle it, so would the Cavalier be any better by any chance? I'm new with the whole turbo and supercharge stuff so yeah o-o Any suggestions? Both are manuals btw if that makes any difference
