Tuning of Honda Civic Car 2008 model?

I have 2008 model Honda civic. Whenever I am tuning the radio the frequency is setting up by .2 initials exp, suppose if the radio is on 89.1 and when i am tuning it by manually or by auto scan then it is tuned to 89.3 then 89.5 etc. But it is not tuned by .1 initial like 89.2. So ,please let me know how can i tune the radio in .1 initials. I did it manually and autoscan too.
