Here  is a link that states the device you have is not compatible with a Tungsten T.


This tells me that someone may have incorrectly recommended the device to you. Socket apparently doesn't support the Tungsten T in any fashion based upon my quick search at the above site.....



The process outlined - it's not communicating via the software with the BT module. It recognizes the device but the software won't recognize that the device is "enabled". This is a driver issue and not something your going to fix unless Socket deems it.


Reading more on their pages - they do sell just a GPS receiver that is supposed to be compatible but it appears that you'd have to use someother software with the device.


Time to send it back?
