tungsten t and samsung e310

not an easy task... in my case:T/T versus a Motorola V635
even both devices claim to have Bluetooth, I gave up with trying to make them find each other.

my homemade method:
1. transfer photos to PC via Mobile Phone Tools
2. Got installed ACDSee Mobile on Tungsten T
3. Converting photos w/ACDSee Mobile
4. Hotsync to transfer
yeah, the process stinks... but works...

Turn Bluetooth on and make sure discovery is activated. Check the manufacturers key on both and keep them handy. Most are 0000 some are different but simple. Go on one and search for the other and enter the key and thats it. I have a Samsung t-809. It can talk to my PC, TX and headset at the same time. All setting on all devices are default.

To link a Palm and a phone, you make up that 4-digit code yourself. Just make sure to enter the same code on both devices when pairing them.

Some providers "cripple" Bluetooth so it only works with headsets, though. I think Verizon makes you pay extra to be able to link your phone with a laptop or PDA.
