Does anyone have the PRL for the Tulsa market with roaming? I'm pretty sure thats what I need, here is my situation. I added roaming to my account and updated using OTA before I left tulsa, and now I'm in Norman, Oklahoma which is a different market, and none of the prl's are working. Would it have to do with verizon not offering service here? I have a v3c flashed to cricket.
