Tufts University Admission?

Just how hard is it to get admitted into Tufts University? I'm applying for November's E.D. Anyone with personal experience? I know there are always exceptions, but what are the chances a higher-than-average student will get in?
Any advice please? (:

SAT Critical Reading: 670 / 750
SAT Math: 670 / 740
SAT Writing: 670 / 740
ACT Composite: 30 / 33

some additional data
SAT verbal scores over 600 95%, SAT math scores over 600 96%, ACT scores over 24 98%, SAT verbal scores over 700 56%, SAT math scores over 700 59%, ACT scores over 30 67%
