Hi Everyone
This is not a question, but thought I'd share my tips with all you ladies TTC.
I recently relocated and just had my annual check-up with my new Gynae - what a great guy!
I naturally showed him my chart and he did the tranvag ultrasound and papsmear. Everything is looking great and my previous cyst detected 3 months back is gone - YAI!!!
We talked about the fact that I'm TTC for 4 months already and he is confident that it will happen soon, as long as I follow his guideline... which is what I would like to share with you. This is based on my normal 28 day cycle.
CD1 - is the first day of your cycle (obviously ;-)
CD9-11 - refrain from intercourse for hubby to produce prime sperm (this is the same guideline used before their sperm is tested too - 3 days abstinence
CD12-16 - Lots of sex and no TV
I know it's probably "old news" to most of you, but thought I'd share it anyways, as most of us pretty much go for the alternate day BD. This is all good and well throughout the month, but I'm going to try the tip of no sex during day 9 to 11. Good luck and lots of baby dust to all of you lovely ladies!
Ps. Who's had a BFP lately? How long did you TTC? Is it your 1st, 2nd, ... baby? Symptoms?
