TTC can having sex everyday lessen your chance of getting pregnant?

Me and the hubby have been trying for 3 months now, and still no luck but we have sex everyday. My friend told me to try having sex every other day during the month, because the sperm needs time to build back up. Is this true & did it work for anyone?

it's better to try every other day or every two days so the sperm can charge back up
 
What your friend said is true. By having sex every day you can lower sperm count on a given day. When my husband and I were TTC, we did every day for the few first months with no luck. I did some reading and read about lower sperm count and having sex every other day. We did that instead and got pregnant the first month trying it that way. Good luck!
 
If your husband has normal sperm levels, the answer is generally no.

The male's body will reproduce sperm on a continuing basis. If your husband is in his late 30's or in his 40's, you may want to have his levels checked. But you guys should be just fine!

To 'fully replenish' his count, you can wait 36 hours. Anything before this has the 'possibility' of diminishing his count.

I dont think that it will lessen your chances of getting pregnant. I think that it would more better your chances. Try having sex 8 days after the first day of your period. Try from the first day you get off though. So say your period starts on the first, you have your period for say 6 says it would end on the 6th, so have sex on the 7th if you want but make sure that you have it on the 8th. That is how I got pregnant both times.
