Trying to tighen up that "side boob" area at the gym, what should I do?

The rest of my body is fairly decent and pretty toned. I'm happy with it anyway...
My focus at the gym is to try and get rid of a bit of flab on my sides, right beside my boobs. My boobs are fairly big, D36 to be exact so I wouldnt really mind going town a size if necessary.

I just want to make my time at the gym useful and not waste time.

So what should I do? I dislike free weights, and 99% of the time they are being hogged by the male gym goers, so which machines are beneficial for tighening up a womens chest?
