Trying to stream on Justin.tv?

im using Adobe Flash Media 2.5 and VLC Player
Its Keeps saying...

Primary - Disconnected

Primary - Stream Status: Success
Primary - Stream Status: NetStream.Publish.Rejected
Primary - Network Status: NetConnection.Connect.Closed status
Primary - Unable to stream. Network problem at server.
Primary - Disconnected

Network Status: NetConnection.Connect.Closed status
Disconnected
