Trying to replace a heater core on a 1998 Chevy Cavalier. Having a hard time...

...getting to the core. Help please? I haven taken off the front dash and everything and it still gets stuck on the side of the bottom of the actual dash that would be almost impossible to remove. Is there any trick to get access to this thing? I can open it but it won't open to the point where I can actually replace it. Thanks in advance.
