Trying to remember the author or the name of a poem I read.?

I once read a poem about a man who during winter is traveling by horse and carriage, and he is describing the weather and the snow flakes beautifuly. I think the title may have something to do with "walking in the winter" or something. The poet is definetly male and there is alot of alliteration in it.. please write down all the possible poems you can think of. I'm pretty sure he wrote it in the 20 or 21 century.
