Trying to remember an 80/90's board game that included a VHS with it...?

I never played the actual game as a little girl, but I remember I used to watch the VHS tape that was included with it ALL THE TIME.

It started off with a fast talking guy, and then launched into all these commercials (Southern Bell or Mountain Bell ((I forget)), Fedex, etc)...

Anyone have any clue what that game might have been called...?
