Trying to remember a great book that I read...?

I can remember what this book was about, but I really can't remember the title! Please help if you know what book I'm talking about! There is a girl who lost her parents and sister in a car accident. She now lives with her aunt but went from being popular in her old school to shy and has only 2 friends in her new school. She is a psychic as a result of the car accident. A new boy comes to school who is immortal and tries to get together with her. One of his immortal friends is jealous and tries to kill her. She goes to the space in between earth and heaven.
I can remember more little details, but hopefully this is enough for someone to know what book this is. Thanks!
