trying to put a double din in a 94 diamante?

ok i have a 94 diamante....im trying to change the factory radio thats in there ( its the factory radio with the equalizer no cd player just tape) and put in a double din radio but from what my sources show it cant fit a double din... im requesting help an advise to my issue anif there is anyone that can tell me where to buy the kits that would be on target
