One day my Wife and I were meeting my ex to pick up my three children. (me and my ex have three girls together). We met at our normal spot and when I showed up there I put the two youngest ones in the car. My ex then started in on how I don't care about my children and I don't care about my daughters feelings and I'm a bad dad. I told her that I care about my daughters feelings that I just don't care about her yelling at me and don't care about her. She started yelling at me through my truck. She was on the back door passenger side and I was on the drivers passenger side. My nine month old sitting in the middle of this. My wife then told her to quit yelling over her son and that she needed to get out of the truck. She then proceeded to say you are NOT taking your children. So I took the girls out of the truck and she continued to yell at me. My wife then told her again that she needed to get out of our truck and to quit yelling. That her son didn't need to hear all of this and she didn't need to be in the truck. She then started yelling at my wife telling her she needed to keep her mouth shut and if she couldn't she would do it for her. My wife again told her that she needed to get out of the truck and tried closing the door. She then came over the seat and went after my wife... (my wife was sitting in the passenger seat with the door closed) by this time I had walked around the truck with my youngest one in my hands. I saw her going after my wife. I was afraid that she was going to hurt her. This wasn't the first time she's made threats or put her hands on my wife so i then grabbed MY EX by her by her ponytail (with my daughter in my arms) and pulled her out of my truck. I DID NOT HURT OR HARM HER IN ANY WAY. She then said... oh you are done... you have no idea what you just did... you just assaulted me, and went to her truck. She then called the police and proceeded to tell them that I assaulted her and I hurt her. My oldest daughter was in the background yelling because she saw everything and said "Don't lie. My dad didn't hit you, don't lie my dad didn't hurt you". My ex put my daughter in her truck and shut the door. She then changed her story and said that I pulled her hair.
I have to go to court this next week and prove that I only did it to protect my wife and children. She is saying I hurt her and what I did to her was not OK. and until i can apologize for what I did. (like i beat her up) I can not talk to my children. She is not allowing me to talk to my children and I believe she is only doing this to try and get my children taken away from me. Every time she gets mad at me she refuses to let me see or speak to my children. WHAT DO I DO?
