Ok, this truck has about 193.000 miles on it. starts great no puddles under it. idles pretty well, but on a recent trip out of town i lost ALL power. seemed like there was no compression. could only get up to 25 mph (if the road was flat) and barley reached 1400 rpm. and i drove it all the way back into town like this. Any ideas of what i can do ? I cant afford to take it into a shop to get fixed and i know next to nothing about fuel injection systems. Plz help !
hey, thnx for the quick answers so far..next question is ..where IS the high pressure fuel pump on this truck ?
btw..lol, i did just replace the battery and clean the plugs..all the wires are in good shape..thnx
