trying to open yahoo home page, keep getting http://www.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/redirect.ha?

I get a white box that says: Oops! This link appears to be broken.I have cleaned my cache, reset my router, still nothing. This is only happening on one computer, and it is the first time.
