I have no problem with getting pictures on my computer from my samsung duelview tl220 but I'm having a hard time with viewing the videos on Window Media Player and every time I try to get the videos in movie Movie Maker it only plays as audio. I'm having such a hard time figuring why this keep happening and why it's not playing properly in Window Media Player and such. Please help me figure out why this is happening.
