trying to get my nursing license?

I was discharged from the military about 3 years ago general under honorable conditions I got out due to wrongful use of marijuana and now I’m trying to get my license for nursing however in my background check this came up. I never served any time and my only punishment was that they kicked me out. How do I clear this up so I can move forward with my life?
 
The military/VA won't change your records you are stuck with that forever. I suggest find a new career field or wait a few years because most background checks don't go past 5 to 10 years.
