trying to get clear skin in mid 20s?

does skin ever clear up with age? i always thought i'd grow out of bad skin...but i'm in my mid 20s and still have never had clear skin i went on accutane which made my skin get clear for a while (prob like a yr or 2) but it was never really clear. My skin is about half as bad as before i went on accutane but i've very far from clear. I dont wear makeup but I feel like i really need to now that i'm out of school and trying to get a professional job. i mean what are dthings i can do in my diet and skin care habits that can change my skin? most of my acne is around my jaw/lower cheeks i was when i get up and before i go to bed with cetaphil
