Trying to get back into Langauges, what authors would be recomened for Attic Greek...

...and Latin? it has been about 10 years since I last read in either langauge and would like to get back to it. I feel I would remember everything better if I start translating and work the ol' brain cells that way. So I'm open to recomondations of authors or works to ease me back into translating.

I don't know Greek, so I only read translated Greek works.

As regards Latin, I'd suggest reading Caesar (De Bello Gallico and De Bello Civili), which is quite easy and writes in a very clear style; Cicero (everything, with a slight preference for his orations); and Catullus (great example of epos and varietas).
