Trying to gain weight/and muscular?? (Plz no spam)?

Right now i'm pretty toned out and I really want to get muscular.

thing I lose weight easily, I was thinking over eating and working out, good idea?



Also sense i'm doing this, should I workout everyday? Or like 5 times a week?
I really don't have any money to buy any products like whey.


I was thinking of eating(meat or fish) an hour before my workout and right after my workout, good idea?
