There was a movie I saw a few years back that looked along the lines of a 80's or maybe even early 90's horror movie. It was about a group of people from a town traveling through the desert/countryside (looked somewhere out west like Arizona or Nevada) and they were being attacked by these things that can only be described as gargoyle looking things. The people did a lot of traveling around in their vehicles while the monsters attacking them had their own little monarchy setup with their king gargoyle thing leading them around.
It was a pretty crazy looking movie but it's driving me nuts since I don't know the name of the movie. Any ideas?
