I saw on tv (nickelodeon i think) in the early to mid 90's. All I seem to remember is it was about a little girl (i think!) that went on a journey by herself to find someone (possibly her sister?). I remember it had amazing visuals, especially the landscapes. I remember it being somewhat of an adventure/fantasy. Sorry, not much to go on, but I have been looking for this for a long time and any memories I have of it are fading!
