Trying to find if there is an arrest warrant on a person?

I have a tenant at my gramas apartment and I'm not to sure if he has an arrest warrant. The neighbor said that there were cops on the front lawn with bullet proof vests on and the whole shebang. Well were I'm getting at is that I was wondering if there is a web site that I could do a search on if there is an arrest warrant on him for free and what is the web site
