My cousin's wedding is on November twentieth and my mum said I could buy a dress online. I'm thirteen and I really want a cheap dress ($100 dollars at the most) that's pretty and kind of plain (no rhinestones, just keep it simple). I really want to look nice since I'm really close with my cousin and his fiance. Please give me some good websites with nice dresses! Thanks for the ideas! They mean a lot.
