Trying to find bigger/less expensive mountain bike...?

I am looking at getting a new hardtail mountain bike but dont want to spend too much. Im looking at spending anywhere from $400-$600. I am 6'6'', 200lb, and need a bigger bike. im looking at a Cannondale f9 xxl. does anyone know what the stand over height of this is?

Does anyone know of any bikes in this description that would fit me and be a good purchase??

assuming you have an inseam length of about 34-35" then any XXL frame size or a 21.5 at a minimum will fit you unfortunately you will likely need a 24 and most shops dont generally carry much in the way of that size, even in your price range. Best bet is to check with your local shops for size and price. That Cannondale you selected is still a max. 21.5 at most and likely will fit you but still feel slightly small on you. Longer stem (130mm) and a longer seatpost may work with it to save you a little money on a 24" frame which is generally special ordered thru most shops but not always.
