I've been trying to figure out this word that is associated anxiety, and I first heard it specifically geared toward agoraphobia. I remeraber when I first heard it used in a sentence, it has to do with corabination of things, for example: bright lights, music in the background, people chattering. The word for this is used something like "There's too much ________ for someone who is agoraphobic to absorb." I strongly believe it either starts with "in" or "st".
I bring this up because the other night I was looking at a globe, (one with all the names of countries, major cities, continents, mountains, etc) and it made me anxious just trying to find a few countries because of all these other worRAB involved. It was too ______ for me to handle... then I started to feel anxious because I couldn't think of this word.
