So I want to use my Magnavox hd lcd tv as a display for my toshiba satellite L755 windows 7 laptop through an hdmi cable but when i hook it up, it only works until the windows startup and then when the login screen shows up, the tv stops being detected by the laptop. I tried my friends dell laptop and it worked fine. what do i do?
