trying to connect htc tilt blackberry connect / activation?

ive been wanting to connect my htc with the blackberry connect butt when i try to activate it ( when u put the email and stuff) it says:
"Service is not connected.
Enterprise activation will be pending until connected."

what am i supposed to connect into? cause im connected to the internet if thats what it means?
