Hello
After a life of horrible posture I started exercising well that helped a lot but still my back is sometimes sore! I notce that i often slouch forward and i never sit with my feet flat agaisnt the ground, nor do i sit with my back agaisnt my chair seat.
OK today I have decided to change my posture, I now sit properly at the computer desk and trying not to slouch while sitting & when i stand & but here is my problem!
I noticed a decrease in the pressure on my upper back but i noticed my butt has a lot more pressure on it! Is this normal to feel at first? when will it go away?
I dont have a fancy chair i just have those normal office chairs that are hard and dont move around, rock, offer neck support or have padding (made out of metal wood and carpet like material)
