Okay so I had a samsung rogue but the touch screen wasn't working, so I started using the LG cosmos. I just started playing around with the rogue today and the touch screen started working again! I was so excited, but after entering the ESN/ MEID it told me to call *228, which I did. But I keep getting this guy telling me I cannot activate my new device. My LG cosmos is off and everything. I don't know what it is, anyone have any ideas?
