Okay so me and my mom both have a plan together on verizon, She recently got an upgrade and decided to take the new phone she could've gotten, because she doesn't want it. But now i can't activate it. Because it was her upgrade phone, am i not allowed to have it on my number? Everytime i open the phone is says "programing needed". I tried to call a verizon person, and when i told them i'm trying to activate a new phone, they automatically assumed it was for my mom, because she got an upgrade, will they get mad if i take her upgrade phone?
