Try to install Civilization 4?

I downloaded Civilization 4 and the PC ask for the CD-ROM to play...I thought I did all the right things...the instruction stated...

1. UnRar |
| 2. Mount/burn CIV image |
| 3. Install |
| 4. Install the CIV patch |
| 5. Copy the cracked Civilization4.exe to the file directory |

what exactly Mount/burn CIV image means?

what do I do? Thank you all!
 
download a program called
Daemon Tools

Select the image file with it
Mount it (load the ISO file to the program)
