How do i keep any gas in constant motion?
The gas can be suspended in another gas or a liquid.
As long as it will not dissolve into the other.
Is there a combination that are like oil and water that just won't mix?
And that at the presence of remains completely bothered.
Is it possible? I have no notion.

By my understanding, there is no such combination, because of the laws governing a perpetual motion machine: There is no perfect system, and there will always be something taking energy out of the system, if just a little (Gravity, friction, etc.).

So the answer to your question/riddle is: No.
