Truthfully in a weird sense can...?

School truthfully interfere with learning?

I mean being a teacher doesn't necessarily mean you can teach (I've seen some horrible teachers in my lifetime), and I believe school doesn't give you 100% what you need to really learn. For example my school has points we get from reading certain books. I remember look through the books and saw that Twilight (which is a horrible book) was worth around 30 points, while I saw Catcher In The Rye was only worth around 10-12, same with A Lesson Before Dying, A Clockwork Orange, etc.... So people will pick up Twilight and read it instead because we need these points for part of our grade. While books that we need to read before we get older are left collecting dust on the shelf. There are also other examples too, but I'm not going to list them all.

So can school truthfully interfere with learning?

You go to school not only to learn the curriculum, but to have the courage to learn more than is asked of you. Those people are few and far between. Just thinking that school means you can LIMIT your education by only studying approved or required materials is a big mistake that many students make.
