okay so my boyfreind just got the samsung transform phone today and it was working fine until about and hour ago, now everytime i text him he's not recieveing the texts and it texts me back with the same message he sent me like and hour ago over and over again. then he's trying to fix his phone and it keeps telling him "battery dissconected" hes tryed taking the battery out, charging it, everything and nothing is working what can he do to fix this???
