My phone is acting like the 4 and 5 numbers are stuck...but it is not constant. it will work for a few minutes then do it again. Sometimes it will shut off, it will not let you use any keys when it starts this.
I have tried taking out the battery for a couple hours and it worked for 30 min. or so but then it comes back. Is there a factory reset or anything else that might help?
