trouble with my phone and no one seems to answer...?

I have VW(Verizon Wireless) and I cant seem to 'SYNC' my music to my phone...I have a SAMSUNG u740 and I still dont have any help...what is the best way I can get help to put my music on...can someone help me???
I have already contacted VW about it and such I am hoping someone can help me with this??? -_-...please?
