trouble with installing adobe flash?

My computer is acting strange lately. When I click on a youtube video it is just a blank box. I tried to get Adobe Flash player but after I hit install, it just brings me to a page about how to install. There is no installing icon! I don't know what to do. I even hit the distribute flash button and then it ask which computer I have. After I hit continue it does not do anything at all. What should I do?

By the way I tried downloading another internet browser and the installing icon does not show either ( I have explorer)
I tried downloading a diffrent internet browser (fire fox) but the installing icon does not show. ( I have explorer)

A blank box does not indicate a flash problem. You may have a graphics issue or a processor issue. I suggest you check your Device manager and see if there are any warnings.
 
It depends on what Browse you are using. If you are using Internet Explorer, that may be the issue. Try using Firefox or Safari to see how that goes.
