Just this past week my car went to jerking and missing real bad then it got to where it wouldn't start pulled the codes on it which was 0336 which is crank shaft censor out of range...replaced the on behind the balancer and the one in the middle back of the block erased the codes but it all came back on.
I was told that it had to go through a relearn process which is like a 15 mile drive...did this 4 times code came back...replaced the balancer with a new one and replaced the 24X censor again just to make sure it wasn't it..checked the voltage to it which it was getting 12 volts just like it is supposed to but when I probed the return wire there were no volts going to the computer which is supposed to be between 10 to 11 volts but i have nothing on the 24X censor or the cam censor.
Is there any thing else that i can do to get the check light off so the car will pass state inspection...any guess or idea of what could be causing it to resend the code.The car starts and runs great no miss at all quick start just like always no different in mpg or any thing bu tit will not pass inspection because of the light on.
