Ok, here it is. I just replaced the starter and it turned over but, it also stops like it gets stuck so, I replaced the relay as well. I just get the starter back in and the same thing is happening. It just feels like it bumps and then nothing. I know the starter is good, I bench tested it last night and it is not bound up in the fly wheel. It lines up perfect. Any thing I am missing here?
