trouble with 1998 jeep wrangler soundbar?

ok so i just got a 98 jeep wrangler and the soundbar lights and speakers donw work coming out of the left side of the sound bar is some white black and gray wires that goint this white plug that looks like something should be plugged into it my front dash speakers work could you tell me how to fix this or where to buy the parts and whats wrong with it i do not know how to install it so any info on that would be helpful to thanks
