J Janelle New member Apr 17, 2010 #1 I have a env3 verizon phone, and a Windows vista computer. It says "Check Bluetooth Status of Recieving Device" but its not working. My computer also says the Bluetooth Exchange Folder does not exist. What do I do? Thank you!
