OK so I've had my phone for about more than 3 months & i cant download any apps at all . i have to go threw my gmail sign in first and every time i try it always says " can't establish a reliable data connection to the server " what does this mean ? do i have to have wifi ? or does it have to do with my phones network? HELP PLEASE !
