My problem is i think my adobe flash player im not really sure it wont let me use hotmail.com at all it stays a blank white screen and youtube whenever i click on a video it doesnt even show the video box or screen at all i went to a few other websites and they say that i may have javascript turned off or i need to get the latest flash player so i tried the lastest flash player from adobe and it says a gold bar should appear at the top of my screen but it doesnt then it says it may send a pop up that is a box in the middle of my screen but that doesnt pop up either it just sits there i dont get it can anyone help me out please i have been fighting with this stupid computer for like a week and still nothing my computer is a acer aspire 5315 laptop and just 2 weeks ago the flash player was working just fine so what do i do please help!!!
Also i tried that stupid uninstall crap and it still just keeps doing the same thing it says it removed it but when i go back to adobe it still doesnt download can someone tell me what im doing wrong and sorry for the long explanation its just really annoying me.
Also how do i enable javascript and i already know how to enable it in my browser but how do i enable it normally i was told to go to tools then click internet options and click on security then click custom level and scroll down until i see scripting and then hit enable on it and that should work but it didnt do anything it was already enabled.
